Recently, I flew to a Leaders meeting with fellow demonstrators in the Minneapolis area.  I am thrilled to share with you some of the fun ideas that were presented to us.  Please forgive me that I did write down who made these samples.

Leadership Swap

One of the best perks of attending Stampin' Up! events is meeting, sharing and swapping ideas with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators.  The following are three (3) cards I received in trade at our Leadership Conference this past January in Orlando FL. (Yes we went to Disney World and Universal Islands of Adventure).

This card was made by Joann Wiemers.  Joann stamped the cupcake stamp on the back of all three papers, cut them out and pieced them on the card.  The card is a "gate fold" where the ends of the card stock meet in the middle of the card much like a gate.  The top of the cupcake is attached to the top flap and the bottom is attached to the lower flap.

Eyes for Owls

I made a Welcome sign for a shelf just inside my Stampin' Studio.  It uses the chipboard owl.  To make the eyes really pop out, I removed the rhinestones from two of my Circle Ice Rhinestone Brads - turquoise from their holder by prying up the two prongs on the backside.  I then attached the rhinestones to two white Jumbo Brads and attached to my owl.  Here is a picture of the finished frame.

Now, I needed to do something with the Rhinestone Holders after I removed the rhinestones, so here is what I came up with:

Sense of Time Class

Just in time for Fathers' Day, I created his great stationary desktop holder.  I am offering both a 10:00 am morning or a 6:00 pm evening class on Monday, June 8th in my Stampin' Studio in Renton, WA. 

In this class, you will create this Stationary Box along with the Note Pad, Pen, Six (6) Note Cards, 12 Envelopes & 12 Greetings.  The cost of the class is $40 and includes the "Sense of Time" stamp set (substitution possible).  E-mail me at webestamp@comcast.net by June 1st.  Space is limited.

A Love Book

My sweet niece, Kerrie, announced her engagement to her sweetheart.  I made this 6" x 6" album for her to help her commemorate their courtship and love through photos and journaling.  Here is the cover art and some of the pages.

I used the Natural Linen Post Album; Love Stories Simply Scrappin' Kit; 1 1/4" grosgrain Pink Pirouette ribbon; Celery 5/8" grosgrain ribbon; Circle Scissor; Tombow Liquid Adhesive to complete this cover.

This is the inside front cover.

The first page - I added a Fire Square Rhinestone Brad.

The last page.  There are 18 pages between the 1st and last.  I completed the entire album using 1/2 of all the Self-Adhesive Die Cuts and 2/3 of the cardstock.

Here is the inside back cover.  I really love the way this turned out and can't wait to present this to her and her beloved.  I hope they enjoy filling it with all their lovely memories.

Card of the Month classes

Each month, I hold a Card of the Month class.  This class consists of six (6) different cards that each attendee completes.  There are always different folds, techniques and fun stuff at each class.  The cost is $15 per person.
