Clearly Fun

A new product in the Occasions Mini Catalog are Clearly Thanks window sheets.  These sheets are our Thick window sheets with four (4) patterns already imprinted on them.  Simply cut a design to your desired shape (maximum 4 1/4" x 5 1/2") and adhere to your card, scrapbook page or any project.

    Cut Thank You to 4" x 4 1/2" and overlay onto Designer series paper.  Adhere with glue dots and hide dots with punched flowers & brads.

Supplies: Clearly Thanks; Whisper White card stock; Bella Rose Designer Series Paper; White Organza Ribbon; Three for You and Boho Blossom Punches; Jumbo 5/16" Brads; Mini Glue Dots; Crafters' Tool Kit; SNAIL Adhesive

  Cut Branches to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and overlay onto Burgundy foldover.  Adhere with mini glue dots.  Cover with butterfly & clip with ribbon.

Supplies:    All Holidays stamp set; Clearly Thanks; Bravo Burgundy & Whisper White card stock; Pale Plum Classic Pad; Whisper White Craft Pad; Paper Snips; Pretties Kit; Clips Assortment; White Organza Ribbon; Mini glue dots;

    Cut flowers to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2 and overlay onto decorated card.  Adhere with two brads.

   Cut Dots to 1 1/2" x 4 1/4" and overlay on same size of Burgundy card stock.  Adhere with two Star brads.  Attach to fold over as shown

Summer Love

"Card of the Month" class

Every month I hold a "Card of the Month" class.  Everyone completes 6 different cards.  Here are the 6 cards we made last month.  Interested?  My Studio is in Renton, WA.  The next class dates and times are Wednesday, April 22 and Thursday, April 23 at either 10:00 am or 6:00 pm.  The cost is $15.00 to make all six full cards with envelopes.  I love to Insire, Create, Share!

Photo Storage Box

This box was created for storing my 3 1/2" x 5" photos.  It would also hold 3" x 5" Recipe cards.

Here is a fun card for that special lady or girl in your life.

You can find the pattern here.  I cut a Vellum card stock "Top Note" die and used the Apron pattern to make my Vellum apron.

Bookmark This!

Here is a fun idea for a Bookmark.  It makes an easy addition to your card PLUS ++ it is a gift of a bookmark.

Here is the basic pattern for making the bookmark.  Cut a 3" square of card stock.  Score as indicated.

Punch bottom edge of Bookmark and long edge of Cameo Coral 1" x 3" card stock.  Add the 3/4" x 3" piece of Walk in the Park Designer Series Paper.

Attach Coral border under the white border.  Attach Basic Gray Leaf Sizzlet, Cameo Coral Birds & Blooms Sizzlet & Baja Breeze Button Sizzlet and poke hole in center.  Add small Filigree Brad.  Turn over.

Thread large Filigree brad onto Basic Gray Taffeta Ribbon (12") and tie knot in end.  Attach other end to back of bookmark as shown using SNAIL adhesive.

Cut a 2 1/16" square of card stock.  Cut in half diagonally.  Use one of the halves to cover the back of the bookmark as in the picture below.

Customer Appreciation Day

On April 4, we had a fun day here in our Studio in Celebration of our great Customers.  This event was free to attend and we made the following two projects:

These little boxes were made using the new Matchbox Die from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  The bottom was cut from Designer Series paper and the top sleeve was cut from our new Thick Window Sheets.  We stamped the Forest Friends on the Window Sheet using White StazOn Ink and after it dried, we used the new Summer Love Rub-ons to add decorations.

This card is a version of a Stair Step card I saw demonstrated at the Stampin' Up! Orlando Regional.

I demonstrated how to create a 3-D Cake Pop-up with a new die that is available right now.  Here is a picture a the card.

Our next Customer Appreciation Day is Saturday, May 2nd from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  An RSVP is required to attend and is Open House style.  This means you can come anytime that is convenient for your schedule.  The projects take about 30 to 45 minutes to complete and the demonstrations last no longer than 15-20 minutes.  There are light refreshments served and you are welcome to bring guests.  E-mail me if you would like to attend.  My Studio is in Renton, WA.  Call for directions.

"A Sense of Time" Stamp Share

This is another fun sample that was shared on the Hawaii Incentive trip by another demonstrator.  This was posted on display and the demonstrator's names did not show, so I cannot give proper credit, but I just loved it and wanted to share it with you.

Hawaii Pics

I thought you would enjoy a few of our pictures from Hawaii.  The property we stayed at was the Hilton Waikaloa Village on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Everywhere it was beautiful... wonderful... Paradise.

Hawaii Share

I am back from our great Hawaiian trip with all the Stampin' Up! folks.  This sample was something that one of the SU! Executive Team shared at our meeting using the brand new Matchbox Die featured in the Occasions Mini Catalog.

The matchbox bottom box was cut from Old Olive card stock and the box sleeve was cut from our new Clearly Thanks window sheets.  Each of the chapsticks were covered in matching Pattern DSP.
